This year's theme, “Retrospect,” captures the paradox of looking back in order to move forward. Retrospect encourages us to reflect on our stories, histories, and past experiences, as we uncover the wisdom that shapes future possibilities. It is through remembrance that we dream, and through reflection that we progress. This year’s theme invites our speakers, guests, and community to look back on past decisions, excel forward, and live in the moment.
