The theme “Metamorphosis” embodies growth and transformation. It encourages us to see our world anew: by noticing unique patterns and providing space for constant evolution for the better. Through this change, we can explore ourselves and grow stronger. Much like the butterfly’s stages of adaptation, we can all transform how we view ourselves and the world around us.  We encourage our guests, speakers, and team members to accept ideas and challenges that may be uncomfortable, as the benefit of progression and self-realization is exponential.
